This was a great place to stay! Steve and Katie have a wonderful place, and I recommend it to anyone with a large group. The house was clean, spacious, and it’s a great place to relax and hangout between activities. It was in a great neighborhood, and proximity to golf courses and lake toho was great.

Would definitely stay there again, they were kind hosts, we loved the area, very close to the outlets, food, and the amusement parks Orlando had to offer. The gym and water park were nice and the fee for the hot tub was reasonable. Thank you again!

Thanks so much for the opportunity to stay at your property! Fantastic hosts and a great house! We really enjoyed our stay and all of us, especially our kids, were sad to leave! We also truly appreciate you making it so painless to add an extra day when we encountered issues with our subsequent housing; that was a huge help for us to keep our vacation going smoothly! Our family had a great stay. It was very clean and cutely decorated. The hot tub and pool were great to relax in after long days of exploring. They had just what we needed for our 2 year old. Starting from even before we booked our stay, Steve and Katie were immediately responsive and very kind. For example, the hot tub was not as hot as we would have liked the first night. We messaged Steve and Katie who immediately responded and sent someone out the very next morning to check and bump up the temp. We were able to use the hot tub the following nights without issue. There were a couple of items which would have improved our stay. There were no basic condiments in the house (salt, pepper, vegetable oil) which would have been helpful when we were making eggs for our toddler. The pack and play did not have a mini mattress with it (though this may be a personal preference for us). Overall, we had a great experience at Steve and Katie's.

Steve and Katie’s home was perfect for our family vacation of 9! Despite our large party, the home had ample space for both adults and kids to be comfortable and relax. The home was also clean - with fresh linens and towels ready for us to use. The community is also fairly quiet, and the home is a quick walk to the gym and public pool. Since the home came with a private pool and jacuzzi, it was great to use after a long day of walking. Food options are definitely not sparse but you’ll definitely have to drive to get to them!
Steve and Katie were also extremely attentive and answered all my questions promptly. We loved our stay here and will definitely come back!

We had an amazing stay! The house was clean, spacious, and very cozy. The beds were super comfortable. The only small note is that the king bed was a little squeaky, so it might just need the frame tightened — nothing major at all.
The pool was perfect for our family. It is a pay for pool heating- I highly recommend it. It made the experience so much more enjoyable, the hot tub actually gets hot too, not like others we've stayed at that were barley warm.
The kitchen was well stocked with plenty of supplies, which made cooking easy and convenient. Overall, it was a wonderful place to stay, and we would absolutely come back!

We had a large group in town for a birthday celebration at Disney. The house was great for a large group with ample space. It was worth paying for the pool and hot tub to be heated as it was still a bit cool in central Florida at the time.
Steve and Katie communicated very well. I would rent this again for a large group.
The kitchen had all the basics for cooking, pots, pans, utensils, etc. (One note, if you plan to cook, other than coffee pods you will need to bring everything including salt/pepper etc.)

This was a quick get away trip for myself and my family. We are typically hotel people but wanted something with more space and beautiful scenery. Everything from check in to check out was very quick and easy. The home exceeded our expectations and was very spacious. The rooms and bathrooms were clean and spotless. It truly felt like a home away from home. Everyone in my party felt relaxed which is what we needed. The pool and arcade games were an amazing addition to the home and a great activity for all of us. The next time I’m in Orlando I would definitely stay here again! This is most definitely a real review! My stay was amazing!

We had three adult guests and everything about the stay was great. The instructions were very clear, the place looked exactly like the pictures, and the hot tub worked wonderfully. It was a perfect space for a group and we would absolutely stay here again.
