This place was great. Everything was clean and as advertised. The drive to local stores for food as well as proximity to theme parks was a top reason we chose this place. They were very responsive and helpful with any questions we had. Great hosts.

We had a great stay at Steve and Katie’s home in Kissimmee! We were traveling to Orlando with our three kids, and the house was perfect — very spacious, clean, and comfortable. Everyone settled in right away and the kids absolutely loved the game room. The location couldn’t be better — it’s super convenient to Disney World, only about a 10–15 minute drive. We only stayed one night this time, but next time we visit Disney, we’ll definitely be back!

We had an incredible time at this Kissimmee home! The house was huge, spotless, and perfect for our family. The kids absolutely loved the pool—it was the highlight of every day. Everything worked perfectly, and we had zero issues aside from the pool gate being a bit tricky, but nothing that affected our stay.
Our only small suggestion would be to add a little more ambient lighting in the living room and patio—maybe some café lights over the pool or a side table lamp inside to create that cozy evening atmosphere. Otherwise, it was an amazing stay that we’d happily book again. Highly recommend!

This place is a steal for the location and amenities! Super clean, spacious, and comfy! My 6 kiddos loved the game room, pool and hot tub! We will definitely recommend this place and stay again!

We loved our stay at Steve and Kate’s home. From the beginning they were incredibly kind, accommodating and communicative. The house itself was beautiful and so cutely decorated. It was perfect for our trip with friends. We would happily come back and are so happy we chose to stay here!

The house was beautiful and very clean! Each of the themed rooms were adorable and comfortable for everyone in our group. Steve and Katie were extremely proactive and responsive to answering any questions we had. Neighborhood was peaceful and we felt very safe the entire time. Thanks again!

We definitely want to come back! The house was beautiful—close to other homes, but we never had any issues with privacy or noise. There were plenty of rooms and beds to comfortably fit our whole family. We especially enjoyed the pool and chose to have it heated, which was absolutely worth it!
The kitchen was fully stocked with everything we needed to cook, and even had special cups for use by the pool. The location was perfect—tucked away behind the busy streets, yet still close to everything we needed. The area felt very safe and family-friendly, which gave us great peace of mind.
Overall, we had a wonderful time and would highly recommend this home for families looking for a relaxing and enjoyable stay.

Steve and Katie's house was beautiful and very welcoming! It felt like home. Very clean with bright bedrooms and a lovely kitchen. The pool and hot tub was our favorite part, very private outdoor area!! Steve and Katie are wonderful hosts, we are more than happy to stay again! Thank you Steve and Katie!!

Steve and Katie’s home was perfect for our family. We had more than enough room and amenities. Disney parks were 15 minutes away. The bathrooms and home were pristine, super clean. You can tell every detail was considered, the organization of the home is thoughtful. The kids rooms were beautiful. We loved the easily accessible pool towels and toys. Pool was relaxing after a day out at the parks. Kitchen had everything we needed for our short stay but is equipped for those with a longer itinerary. Couldn’t have asked for more. Thank you!
